Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving
Feeling festive and getting my homemaker on, I’d like to share THE best turkey recipe with you. It’s Wolfgang Puck’s, with just the slightest modifications. The recipe on The Food Network website calls for soaking the turkey in a bay leaf & peppercorn brine, spreading butter with thyme & rosemary under the skin, and stuffing it with halved onions & other vegetables that make great side dishes. We put it in for 4 hours and baste every thirty minutes. It is so juicy. This is exactly how it turns out every time we cook it. You haven’t had turkey until you’ve had it like this!

Turkey, Butternut Squash, Onion, Carrots, Apples, Cranberry, Stuffing
